Quality Comments

The students in 4MM always write quality comments when replying to a blog post. Use the following guidelines to make sure that your comments are quality comments.

Open with a greeting Dear 4MM, Dear fellow bloggers, Hello world, Hi Mrs Masik,

Begin with a positive statement I really enjoyed your post about… It looks like you’ve really been enjoying… Thank you for sharing…

Share your ideas I believe… I enjoyed… I think that… I once…

Support or explain your ideas …because… My favourite part was… The reason I…. For example…

Use rich language adjectival phrases adverbial phrases technical terminology

Sign off Thanks for reading. I hope you enjoyed my post. What do you think about…? Have you ever…?

Read over your post Does it make sense? Did you start your sentences with capital letters?  Did you use capital letters for proper nouns? Have you used correct punctuation?
